I would embrace her, and say :"If you truly loved me, you would not stab me with the knife"... Yes I know it's very cliche and suicidal, but I wouldn't run away, nor tease her in the first place O_o.

But here is how I would handle the situation.. She pulls knife.

"Ohh Crap" I exclaim gently.. then sigh.. pulling my .38 special from my in the waistband holster..

She sees me going for my pistol, and wildly starts stabbing with the knife..

Sacrificing my left arm to the knife, to block the attack. Taking a massive slice into it.. I point the revolver at her chest. and pull the trigger twice.. Sure.. My arms screwed up.. but she's dead. Ooh well gotta find a new less crazy girlfriend.. nothing new there.

i always have no idea why most guy in yandere scenario never... well... be a man and take some wound, and hugz the girl says what she do is fine and says "i love you as you are" or "i can't accept your feeling"
i mean, geez its not even a cleaver/axe/hatchet/machete or instrument that is necessary for cutting, and stabbing wound is only lethal on torso organs, not much for the arm if you don't consider necrosis/ broken nerves is lethal
and blood loss

Me: Are you serious....with that I mean....
Girl: I won't let anyone else have you...*sobs*...I'd rather kill you instead of letting someone take you away from me!

She then turns around and faces me, we embraced and kissed each other affectionately, and again turned towards the area I had pointed and looked down towards the sign saying "I LOVE YOU (Girl's Name)" with beautiful flowers arranged around it.

Me, well I'll be honest with her and tell her it was a test. However, since it made her so mad, I would rather face what's in front of me and accept the actions of my own making. If I'm good at disabling people with arms, I'll tell her while moving forward towards my girlfriend:
"I'm sorry my lovely for having an affair with someone else, but let's talk over and I'll never leave your side!" Then I disable her by grabbing the knife, touched and rub on her "sweet spot", and faint her from excitement...

I would advance slowly, but confidently. She was run her blade into, but I would not even flinch. I would grab her shaking arms that hold so tightly to the knife and I would pull her closer to me and embrace her. Crying she would say:
"Why... why do you get hurt for me..."
Then I'd whisper in her ear:
"Because I'm in love with you... Rei..."
She would let go of the knife and wrap her arms around me, crying, her whole body trembling. And I'd embrace her fully.

Then... snap her little neck for stabbing me.

Honestly, I'd be afraid, but I'd approach her with a stern look, and say that I'm angry that she pulled a knife on me. If she falters and backs down a bit, I'd disarm her at that point. Then I'd break up with her. Women like that are trouble through and through.

If she stands her ground, I'd fight back, most likely get injured, and then run and report her to the authorities. Though it may have been my fault to test her to begin with, it's like I found out more about her than I expected.

Mira's face shown two emotions eversince Mao came up to the roof, standing a few feet away from the knife weilding Mira. Mira's eyes started to tear, 'It hurts me to see you talking with another girl like that!' and she bursts into tears. Both hands clutched to the knife in front of her started to shake. 'I don't have a deep relationship with Nao'. Mao looking stern, decided to try and get the knife away from Mira before calming her. 'You should know the one I truly love is!' Mao steps forward 'And seeing you like that breaks my -' 'NOOO! YOU LYER!!' Mira rushes forward thrusting the knife forward to the unarmed Mao . . .

'gughuh- Mi-ra...' Mao still standing, hands clutched around Mira's hands. 'ah - ah ... WHY DIDN'T YOU MOVE!!' cried Mira. Mao collapses onto the floor and Mira quickly drops besides Mao. Holding tightly around Mao's face, she spoke in a soft voice 'What am I to do now . . . I can't live without you'. Mao raised his hand and gently strokes Mira's cheek and smiled. 'I'll be watching over you, I'm so sor-' Mao's hand drop away from Mira's face and her face froze in shock realizing that she killed the one she loved most and that Mao is never coming back.

Mira, quietly cries on the roof top.

On the next day, Nao heard the news of her brother Mao killed by his girlfriend and that she too comitted suicide over the death of Mao. Nao, silently cries . . .

Wow super late post but, for me (I know this is redundant)

I say in a paniced tone "I WAS JUST TRYING TO SEE IF YOU REALLY LOVED ME!" She then tells me that it's far too late, out of nowhere she turns the knife to herself and begins to extend her arms. I rush to try and stop her, but it was to late. Luckily I pushed her hand slightly, so the stab missed her heart. She's now recovering in the hospital, and I've been there by her side the whole way... crazy b***h.
