My Jun Tachibana with original outfit

Months ago I adopted my first SD Tachibana Jun.
However at that time I couldn't manage to get full set with outfit.
After closely monitoring of Y! japan, I finally got them in a month time.
And here comes the photos!!! enjoy!!

DDs generally inflate in prices to stock SD prices(Although some will rise higher), but some SDs can hit some extremely high prices(Suigintou of the Rozen Maiden series regularly goes for over 200k yen), and most Tokyo boys series dolls(of which Jun Tachibana is one of) will also inflate a good deal. I would not be at all surprised to hear that Jun here may have costs 170k yen.
As for looking a bit yandere, I beleive that might be due to her eye colour, giving her a slightly evil look. Personally, SDs are a lot prettier than DDs, which always look too tooney and often excessively endowed with boobage... Not to say DDs can't look perfectly stunning, but it seems their collectors are more prone to stacking them with giant boobs and revealing clothing, rather than trying to give them a more finished beautiful appearance...
Compare with one of the most inflated DD - Tamaki, of which cost over 200k yen, the most horrible SD in terms of price belongs to Shinku from Rozen Maiden. 400k yen + !!!
I like both DD and SD, and I love to collect volks SD outfits too.
Somehow DD outfits are too far from reality which may not be my cup of tea. I may try to change Jun's eye to see if there would be a new impression.
I've been trying to get me an SDC Renee for months now(Almost a year of searching every other day on Y!JA) and I've never caught an auction for her to ever sell for under 200k... Still trying to win one though... So Fingers crossed(hoping for some to pop up after the whole DP22 this december).
Jun was one of the first dolls which began catching my attention to BJDs, but she always seemed too pricy for me to jump onto... Of course, now I collect SD16s, which isn't any better really... lol
Thanks! I used to buy SD13 outfit for my DD daughters. Volks SD fashions have a lot of choice then DD exclusives. Somehow skirts may not tight and fit enough, but it still works. Take a look on SD outfits while you have time:D
