Alter's Yoko

Yeah, yeah, I know I'm late to the party and everyone already has Yoko. She still looks good, though. Big, too; I was surprised that she seems a lot bigger than 1/8 scale. I have more pictures up here.

It looks kinda like she's on Mars or something. I probably shoulda looked at her base before I started mixing paint.

I love the emphasis on shading in your pics. You get to notice her amazing abs. This is why I love Alter. Their figures are always dynamic and have amazing details. Bounty Hunter Yoko is worth every penny. She is definitely one of the best figures of this year. ^-^
Indeed! I love her smirk too. Like she knows that she's so badass that she doesn't even need to zip her pants up.
Oh wow where did you take those pictures? The base and the prop/location look almost on par with one another. Stunning photos btw :D
Thanks! I took them on my computer desk. This picture shows the diorama (in somewhat poor condition, since it's falling apart on its own now).
Ehh, that didn't work. Oh well. http://www.tentaclearmada.com/images/misc/yoko_backdrop.jpg is the right link.
Oh wow, that reminds me, I should bring out the Warhammer paints to recreate something like that. Very inspirational. Thanks!
sweet!
The setting could easily be an underground scene from the series. Awesome lightning and posing. Did you make the setting? Fantastic work and a fave figure!
I did build the backdrop. It's constructed from some cheap foamboard, newspaper, plaster, and baking soda.
Impressive!
Great diorama there, and Bounty Hunter Yoko is a beautiful figure! If you're late to the party, it might be over by the time I get there; I still don't have myself a Yoko!
Thanks! I'm glad I got her when I did; she seems to be sold out at many retailers and I'm guessing she's going to have an incredible markup on eBay pretty soon.
