RANKA Macross F Official Book (マクロスF ランカ・リー)

The cover image is probably the best illustration in the book... In fact, you've pretty much seen it all as far as illustrations go from this single post.

This illustration is by the same artist as the cover illustration, Takashi Mamezuka. Sadly, none of the new illustrations are by Risa Ebata, the character designer for the series. This one is a fold-out, single-sided poster included in the B5 sized book.

This picture appeared on the cover of Animage's one-shot poster magazine, Moe Mag. They keep trying an failing...

Ranka in the tub! The majority of the new illustrations in the book are by Ha-Ru.

This one is also by Ha-ru, looks like Ranka's had a tough day at work :D

This illustration was probably added at the last minute. Though it's not noticeable in the picture, in real life you can see that they had to up-scale this illustration to fit the page, so it's all pixelated :( Not a mistake I expect to see in art books nowadays.

They even manage to misspell misspell Sheryl's last name as "Norm" instead of "Nome" on page 26. It just adds to that rushed feeling this book has. You can also entertain yourself with Ranka's 55 page blog/diary -__-

There's an interview with Megumi Nakajima, followed by her reviews of each of the episodes of the series. Somehow, they manage to summarize the episodes multiple times in this book...

Ranka says sorry her book's not as awesome as Sheryl's! :D
