Japanese email translation request

Alright, I guess I'm only asking questions the past 2 days, so I promise to make it up with some nice photshoots for you to enjoy when my new figs come in! ^^

Through luck, google translate and my Japanse kanji dictionary, I was able to order the exclusive Suzuhime from Kotobukiya's site. Now today I got a mail telling me she'll be out soon, but there's just one line I can't understand at all. So if anyone could help me out, I'd be really grateful.

This is the sentence:

発送作業完了の際は、宅配伝票番号を記載しました「発送完了のお知らせ」
メールにて、ご連絡させていただきます。

I'm pretty sure it just says I'll get a confirm mail when she's delivered, but Google comes up with 'documents' all the time. Since I'm using Tenso to get it over here to me, I just want to make sure there will be no elaborate signing involved, because they don't do that for you and will just send the order back to Koto ^^;;

    Yeah, it basically just says that they will email you once the good have been shipped. There's nothing about unusual signing procedures.
