Japanese email translation request

Alright, I guess I'm only asking questions the past 2 days, so I promise to make it up with some nice photshoots for you to enjoy when my new figs come in! ^^
Through luck, google translate and my Japanse kanji dictionary, I was able to order the exclusive Suzuhime from Kotobukiya's site. Now today I got a mail telling me she'll be out soon, but there's just one line I can't understand at all. So if anyone could help me out, I'd be really grateful.
This is the sentence:
発送作業完了の際は、宅配伝票番号を記載しました「発送完了のお知らせ」
メールにて、ご連絡させていただきます。
I'm pretty sure it just says I'll get a confirm mail when she's delivered, but Google comes up with 'documents' all the time. Since I'm using Tenso to get it over here to me, I just want to make sure there will be no elaborate signing involved, because they don't do that for you and will just send the order back to Koto ^^;;

translation: On the occasion of shipment work completion, I will contact it by the email which listed a delivery to home slip number [news of the shipment completion].
the best dictionary for complete sentences, I've found so far : http://excite.co.jp/world/english/
That one's really good indeed. Thnx a lot ^^
Yeah, it basically just says that they will email you once the good have been shipped. There's nothing about unusual signing procedures.
OK, thanks so much you guys. Now I'll just wait patiently for her to arrive.
