New Cellphone
Everyone these days has a cellphone and some of us can't live without one.
Most of use has one to keep in contact with people if we go out and others uses cellphones as a source of doing work.
I use my cellphone for many things. Besides it being my cellphone, it's my portable entertainment system with my music and videos. Now I'm able to blog on the fly and take pics and upload them.
I recently got a new cellphone that will replace my old Iphone brick (also known as the first gen Iphone).
Now I plan to do many things with my new Iphone 3GS!!!
Before I got my new Iphone 3GS, I used another phone to replace my failing brick.
Goodbye my brick. You have been good to me...
I did for a while before I got my 3GS got Sharp SH-06A Nerv phone.
I bought it because it was the EVA phone...it was simple and cool at the time...

With a few of these apps, I can even do some live blogging...and twitter too!!!
I get bored easily...so these games keep me entertained...for a while...

How many of you out there change cellphones whenever or wait until you phone plan is done until you get a new one?
In 2 years time, I went through 3 cellphones. Do you change cellphones once a new cell comes out or wait until later and buy a better one?
Ya... I also go through 3 cellphones over the last two years. Now that I think about it I'm kinda regretting on getting a Nokia N97 instead of a Iphone 3Gs.. Anyone else here have a N97..? It's like everybody pulls out their Iphone, and I pull out my.. Nokia "thing" O_o

That's like my only reason of using my phone now.. the fact that it has 30 GIG of memory is hindered by the fact that... it's got major lag T_T
Iphones for me are just useful. There is an App for everything nowadays.
Avoiding a product just because "everyone has one" seems just as silly as buying it because everyone has it. I say buy what you like, with no regard for what other people do or do not have.
Agreed, there is a reason everybody has an iPhone in the first place.
Just like the TV commercial,"iPhone there's an app for everything"...
I get a new cellphone whenever I lose mine, which is quite frequent. Hohoho.

New phone every 2 years seems about right for me. I currently have an iPhone 3g and honestly can't see many reasons for people to want another brand / model to the 3Gs out now.

Once you get an Iphone, no other phone will be good...
I think iots funny to say that in America they call it Cellphone but in the UK they call it MobilePhone and also in South East Asia we call it Handphone .
Iphones to me , is just an average phone . Almost all Rich guys have them . What I'm looking for is NOT Iphone Handphones ^_^. If ya get what I mean ^^.

The problem is that you can't use some of the functions of the Nerv phone outside of Japan...
Like the GPS or the TV functions...
Japanese Flip Phones are the best . Wish they could sell them here ^_^

This might blow a few peoples minds. I sync all my images and photos, even ones taken on my 12.1mp camera, to the iPhone. Itunes simply resizes them on the fly as they sync. Resized thats still close to 3gb of images on the phone.
The mind blowing part is how you can set any image on your phone to be used as your wallpaper. As I sync my large collection of scanned posters and images of anime art from the web I have an endless wallpaper selection.
Simply search for images / wallpapers on the web for a show you like and then save them to your local machine and sync them in iTunes. Then bring up the image on the phone and hit the little options menu in the bottom left and you will see a use as wallpaper option.

I have a very old Nokia 6230i. I don't need a new phone as of now because I mainly use my current phone for small talk (my current location, asking what's for dinner at home, etc). I rarely engage in a conversation using my phone as I prefer doing that on Internet messengers and social networking sites.
As for entertainment, I have an iPod Nano for that. I don't like using one gadget for everything as it drains the battery quickly. I rather have three gadgets that do specific tasks than an all-in-one gadget which easily runs out of batteries x_x
Well, the Iphone battery lasts for the whole day. Which is a good thing. My Iphone tends to last me for the whole day.

How much are you asking for the NERV SH-06A cell phone? I was interested in it, but I was a tad late when I tried to get them from eBay. If the price is reasonable, I'd like to buy it from you provided that the condition of the phone is still good.
I use a Nokia 5800 and I love it. I'm the type to buy a phone and then use it until it doesn't work properly anymore. I had my old Motorola pebl for 4-5 years I think it was, I only changed it because it got locked to the wrong network when I tried transfering files from phone to pc.
I mainly use my phone to text and to talk, I like using the radio and music players while waiting for busses though too. I don't play the games, I don't spend hours on mobile internet and I prefer to make structured blog posts rather then micro posts. I find that for my needs an iphone would be way to excessive and for the rediculous price tag totally not worth it (plus I think its too big and ugly XD)
I'll probably trade in my Nokia when it becomes too old and doesn't work properly anymore.
I don't use my phone very often now, but since a few projects will be hitting the ground running later this year, I think I'm gonna be more active with it, I don't know how to feel about that XD For the most part, I like customizing it like crazy.
