Ive been looking for Hobby Stores here in Cebu, Philippines. But the only place I know is the Tamiya Hobby shop in Ayala... I was hoping some members here can give me some places.

Buying online for me is out of the question since I dont own a credit card nor a Paypal account.

Note: The picture is a hobby shop that I dont know the location... ^_^

Not sure how old u are, or how strict your parents are, but why not try opening your own bank account? In the US you have to be at least 18 years old to open one, but not sure about the phillipines. If you open one the bank sends you your own debit card linked to your account, and that would let you shop online. Instead of simply avoiding buying online without trying, you could always opt to try and see if you can get your own account opened.
Plus, buying online obviously gives you more selection, which is always a plus.

Can't really help you in terms of finding a store. You could always try to google search it, but the major stores are probably gonna be in more metropolitan areas, which may mean hours of commute depending on where you live.

Its not about how strict. Im too much of a "play safe" kind of person so I stay away from credit cards since I dont wanna get tempted and eventually overspend and end up getting a huge amount of debt...

Like what Cascade already said, getting your own account is the easiest way to a larger selection of items at the lowest prices( not counting the shipping cost). Dealing with impulse buying is hard but there's a way to avoid it. Just use one of your parents' cards to purchase items. That way, they would be able to set limits on your budget. It's pretty draconian but it'll have to do until you get a higher paying job.

+1 on getting your own bank account. I have two accounts, one for everyday uses, and the other for online purchases. I just deposit funds in there when I need to buy something online. As for hobby stores in Cebu, I cant really help you there since Im usually in Pasig when Im in the motherland. Ask Jowy. Hes a member here and I think he might be able to help you out.

Wasabi Toys isn't a bootleg store. All their stuff is legit.

The places that sell 'some' bootleg items would be Bestoys (I saw a good number of bootleg Nendoroids there) and Comic Alley (bootleg Nendoroids and other anime/manga merch).
