XXXG-01W Wing Gundam 1/100 HG
This was the most recent gunpla I built before coming back to japan. It's my most favorite of all Mobile Suits, Gundam and model alltogether. ( until I build a MG version, witch will never happen, probably) I have the MG ver.Ka of the Wing Gundam, but it's design is very different and thought I like it a lot, this version means more to me.I inserted a small LED for it's eyes to light up. I use to plug it via USB to my PC. It was the first ever Gundam I saw and never had the chance to fully appreciate it with the many figures and models that where out there. I painted some parts and did panel lines. After that I applied a semi-gloss Topcoat and only after that I applied the gold pieces so they would still be shiny after the rest is safe and topcoated. Well, that's it!! I'm really proud of this model even thought it's not perfect and has many flaws. Gundam inochi!!

the light in the eyes is an awesome idea, it looks really cool at night! Might consider doing the same when i build my first 1/100 or HG

P.D. A question though, how old is that kit?
It's dated 1995 but I built it this year. Got it very cheap on eBay. I built my first kit in 1999. It was those not very detailed 1/144 no grade XXXG-01W Wing Gundam. Repainted it last year. Is this one of those B-Club resin gundams? HG 1/100 from Wing Gundam aren't this detailed..
HG 1/100 of Wing Gundam is quite detailed with panel linings.
