Mana Khemia 2
This is my last game for the PS2 before changing my console to the next generation one (still haven't decided it yet PS3 or XBox360)
A great 2D game, I really like the battle system, it's very attractive..
like it's alchemy system too (but it's very repetitive so I got bored if playing to long)
Hopefully there will be Mana Khemia 3 in the next gen
Is there anyone here who playing this game? I like their CG graphics, and hopefully they will make a full 2D CG graphic for the battle too..
as I heard the next Atelier game is 3D, I hope Mana Khemia will retain it 2D..
Which one do you prefer guys? 2D or 3D?
or what do you want in the next Mana Khemia game?

A massive battle system (yet very tactical) and alchemy system (atelier game's trademark)
btw this game have a japanese voice acting and english subtitle option which is one of my reason to make this game my favorite.. :3
I started this game earlier on in the fall with raze and almost finished the school semester by had to stop due to actual school work. I perfer the classic 2d, but the ar tonelico 3 3d systems looks pretty interesting.
really? I thought ar tonelico only at number 2, so I guess it's for the next gen console?
I always love the art style for GUST games. Have not started on it but will try to after finishing Mana Khemia 1.
hmm i didn't like the PSP version of mana khemia, maybe cuz the battle system's too simple and animish for me
is it different? the gameplay and the storyline?
It is a direct port from the PS2 version, yet NISA had some bugs that affected the gameplay. There is no difference in storyline of course.
Hope PSP version comes out.. My PS2 broke down.. and I am thinking twice about repairing it
wow.. it's almost the same with my condition right now.. but the different is I don't have PSP T_T, that's why this is my last game before going to the next console.. (my PS2 can't take it anymore.. hiks..)
I have the first one but i can't play it because i have no power cord for my ps2. As for the second one ill have to wait and see if the relese it out in the uk.
Love this game. One of the last new games I bought for my ps2 as well. Ar Tonelico 3 is for ps3 only. Cant wait till that gets ported over here (hopefully with no Raki fight glitch :]).
