Armor Crafting - The Helmet Refinalized
Decided to do some touching up on my already completed Stormtrooper Helmet. Today in the mail, came the lens i asked from another fellow trooper in Launceston, and thanks to another trooper in Melbourne, i managed to perform some comfy upgrades!!
I know i have been ignoring my daughters and kids .. so here it goes .. kinda messy story .. what can i say .. my hands were busy between oil and the camera. One kind of down and dirty a photographer would not want!

What i did? Repainted and touched up .. to give that new shiny feel!
Ojou-sama, like always .. bossing around .. 'supervising'!
The replacement of the lens! No more transparent green paper, and bring on actual solid lens!
Heat gun is required to bend these into suitable shape!

Helmet needs an in-built air conditioner for those boiling hot days in the Tassie.
Too small. The FX is capable of doing that. But the FX makes the bobble effect .. like wearing a spacious bucket on your head. Mine is a nice fit!

Its black from a short distance. Its to lessen the chances of ppl taking a pic with me and the flash making my eyes visible thru the black lens.
