Otacool in US

Can the people in the U.S. tell me how they are getting their copies? I went to amazon.jp but they want $35.00 just for shipping!

Thanks!

There were alot of ppl in the book though, I don't mind not getting a free one lol. Just happy to be in it at all. Spose thats what you get when theres a lack of Otaku in the UK, better odds for stuff like this hehe.

If there's a local kinokuniya in your area, you can try checking there. I work in NYC and there was a kinokuniya right by my office, so I stopped by during lunch one fine afternoon and asked if they had it in stock - they didn't, but it was no problem, they ordered it for me at no extra cost and I picked it up 2 weeks later for a cool $25 USD.

I paid about $30 for my copy from cdjapan.co.jp. Shipping from Japan to the US will pretty much double the cover price, unless you can find a bookstore that is kind enough to order it for you for a more modest fee. :)

I got mine from Hobby Search as well. Shipping seemed reasonable (came with figures, but you can see the shipping price when you order).
