Quick Gundam Model - Heard of it before?

Just received a package from David John of Shewsbury Land a few days ago...
Guess what's inside?
It's "Quick Gundam Model" of Buster Gundam.
Part assembling needed. Only the joints and weapons. The rest are well done.
Stands up about 10cm, scale 1/180 i think. The finish is somewhat HcmPro-like.

Recent loots. Done straight building of the HGUC Unicorns. Can I use the MG Unicorn decals on these HGUC i wonder... Any suggestions?
well you could use the mg decals on the hg kits. i did just that with my left over mg mk II 2.0 decals on my hg kits. the quick buster kit would look good with panel lines
thanks suggestion, the buster i'll just leave it like that, more hcmpro feel like haha. about the decals, i do worry that the MG one is a little bit too big for HG. Anyway, i think i'll just gonna do it because plain white unicorn seems boring...
Unicorn gundam destroy mode?! OMG look at all that loot! I just *(&( bricks! How much are they and where did you get the UGDM?
HGUC Unicorn is 1,500 yen and Destroy mode is 1,800 yen. Quite a reasonable price. I can't play around with the MG unicorn due to its infamous problems thus having these HG to play around is quite a good idea :D

Woo that's quite cool. I come from a wargamer background with painting figures and models so this is cute and appealing. And at 294yen a pop I'm gonna pickup a bunch to hand out as xmass gifts.

Sweet loot :D I have the HGUC Destroy mode too, its way better than the MG version. No worries on breaking stuff during transformation. Plus this is one of those few kits you don't need to paint, just simple panel lines plus flat coat will do!!
exactly my point. but as for unicorn, panel lining with black ink looks bad. but i don't have light grey with me. perhaps red isn't too bad too.

Whats the scale of that Unicorn Gundam(destroy mode)... It looks awesome..
Im not really into quick builds because I enjoy building gundams...

IMO, HGUC are better designed than HG, say HG00. Because HGUC are slower in releases unlike HG00 which rushes for schedule, and make them lower in quality. In some way you can't judge HGUC or HG is better because the former releases MS from UC, the latter is MS from non UC. But I still prefer HGUC more :D
Just like what depressant said.. HGUC is better overall than their HG counterparts. Some are even on par with MG standards. ;D

Nice loot ! I havent seen a "quick model" before. The shortest model Ive built is a First Grade which I never liked. Oh and one of my store managers last name is Lau haha. Small world.
this would be better than a First Grade in terms of finishing and articulation. Is there any "Lau" in Shao-Lin i wonder? haha!
