Excellent customer service by AmiAmi

First of all, please pardon my English.

It all happened when I placed my order for Nendoroid Fate and Nendoroid Usa Mimi the week before. As I had had a successful order from AmiAmi before, when I placed my order for these 2 cuties, I thought everything would be as smooth as the previous order. Not knowing that, I continue to place another order for a Bleach item. However, after almost a week, I realized that both my orders that I have made recently did not reach AmiAmi at all.

I am very sure that I did all the steps correctly and checked out successfully. Soon, I emailed AmiAmi about this problem. I panicked as nendoroid Fate is not available for pre-order at any other online store anymore. The first email I sent was on the 4th of this month. Exchange of emails continues up to today; AmiAmi decided to replace my orders for me.

Even until now, AmiAmi still cannot find out why my orders couldn’t reach them. I have tried placing the orders again for a couple of time through different computers and via different internet connection, but still, the problem remains.

I would really like to use this chance to thanks the AmiAmi team for their patience during these few days. They replied to my emails very promptly and answered to all my doubts. I really do not know how to express my gratitude for them. Danny, by any chance you are reading and remember this, please help me say a big ‘Thank you’ the next time you see any of them.

    Once you have placed an order/pre-order with AmiAmi, they will first send you an automated email to acknowledge receipt of your order/pre-order. An application ID will be included in the email. The email header for this first email is "AmiAmi [xxxxxx] Order Acknowledgment".

    A second email will be sent shortly to confirm the order/pre-order. An order ID will be included in the email. The email header for this second email is "AmiAmi [xxxxxx] Order Confirmation".

    If you had not received these emails after you placed your order/pre-order, it is likely AmiAmi did not receive your order/pre-order. I recall there was one weekend during which I kept getting an error message about the server after I sent (and re-sent) a pre-order. I waited til the following Monday to retry sending the pre-order and then got both emails from AmiAmi.

    Hopefully, this information would be of use to people ordering from AmiAmi for the first time. I hope there will be smooth resolution to your ordering problem.

      Actually its not the first time i purchase my item from AmiAmi, but this time this problem occurred.
      My problem continues for more than a week, all my orders did not reach AmiAmi. D= And the funny thing is, as i was replying to this, i tried AmiAmi and the order went through. LOL.

    Had at peak at their site a while back. Pretty good deals but I don't really like the layout of their site compared to HS and HLJ. Still I've heard a lot of great things about them and wouldn't mind giving them a try when the opportunity arises. At least I know they care about their customers now.

    I agree. AmiAmi has awesome customer service. I once had a problem with shipping and they were able to respond in a timely manner and fix the problem. I would use them more if their Registered SAL Shipping was as efficient as HLJ or Otacute.
