The hunt is on!

So I was cruising the net trying to find a picture of my darling race Queen Rei figure to show a friend when I stumbled upon the figure above. I was so stricken by her appearance and the motorbike she's astride that I tried to find one. I did however, for 200USD I'm afraid I can't afford her or be willing to pay that much despite how lovely she is. So I come to you loyal comrade's, do any of you have such a wonderful lady in your collection? Are any of you willing to part with her? Do any of you know where I can find her for less than 200USD?

Also, my apologies if this isn't in the right category.

I think e2046 has the pre-painted recast Race Queen Rei figure for sale awhile back. Of course, it's all sold out currently. Perhaps they'll do a re-issue in the near future, as they had done for some of their more popular recast figures.

e2046 has another similar Rei-on-a-motorbike recast figure for pre-order. Check it out, if you are interested.

Although they don't show the price when it's out of stock, I recall the first rei on e2046 being around 260 usd and with shipping was around 300 usd. Was going to purchase it but forgot about it and it's out now, bummer...

Nevermind, I thought shipping alone cost $300.

Your lucky you found one for 200usd to be honest.

For the most part if it was in the GK form.. Any Vispo Kit ususally goes for fairly big money.

The Vispo Asuka still tops out usually above 300USD and the new Vispo Rider is still selling for close to 500usd.

Honestly, 200 dollars for that is quite worth your money.

Sorry for my rather rude comment. I see, sorry to hear that, hopefully you can get her in the near future.

Either you can get it or you can't. Good luck looking for one, but sometimes, you won't be able to find one at the price you'd like. In that case, you're just gonna have to buy it at the price it's set. And, i don't think anyone is willing to part with it that easily. It does look very very hard to part with imo.

Vispo's RQ Rei hasn't been made in pre-painted PVC which is why it's so expensive. Original kits are well over $200 and even painted recasts are expensive too due to each one having to be hand built and painted. You may find some cheap ones on ebay, but just a warning they might not be of the best quality.

For less than $200, you would have to go for a recast kit. but not prepainted. Vispo originals are usually very expensive and somewhat large...
Paying $200 for a prepainted version should be sending question marks regarding the quality of the kit and/or the paintjob itself.

But I can't say I'm a fan on the vispo renditions of Rei, despite being a much bigger fan of Rei than Asuka.
I just much prefer the first Asuka Kit which Vispo made over all his others.

This is the one I own and I really do love it.

They did a reissue oh her wearing other gear and holding a can of UCC coffee. The bikes the same I think but different paint scheme and it's still pretty cool. They haven't released it yet so it's still in pre-order stage. I may save my pennies for awhile and get her this summer. I love Rei but Asuka's just got somethign about her that I cant help but like more than rei.
