Oct-Dec Loot!

[More backstory and information over at mai burogu: http://popgoespj.blogspot.com/ ]

You all remember the one where I bought myself a netbook and named it Hamster. Now I've also scored one more significant item for December. That new loot really puts me in mind of Joseph the Stationery Otaku. (Remember his story? http://www.dannychoo.com/fusion/en/6339/Japanese+stationary+otaku.html )

Mouseover = load notes.
Oct-Dec Loot!

Here's Hamster, technically Hamster the Second.

Mouseover = load notes.
Oct-Dec Loot!

Here's the other significant piece of loot: the black pen on the left. That would be my second cartridge-loading fountain pen, and that I had engraved with my name. :D

      Yeah, I hear you loud and clear. Mine does not have the Moleskine brand but is constructed in similar fashion, with the pocket in the back and all. Its brand name is Scribe. I think they sell these at Powerbooks and at the main shop that they have at Eastwood.

      (So you're a stationery fan too?)

        Not necessarily a stationary fan. I just want to know that I'm spending for quality goods. and Moleskin is my favorite sketch book

    Got the same netbook for my next trip to Japan. Already set it up so I can process my photos and upload and save them while in Japan.

      eee users unite! gosh, I wish I could go to Japan too. at least with a netbook it's not hard to lug it around the long walks and road adventures and the airport!

        The downside to having such a light and compact piece of equipment is that it can be easily misplaced, at least in my case. I prefer to have a substantial weight on my side or back so that I know it's still there. haha
