The Ougonsui is some touhou reference, i'm not too sure, something about "Gentlemen with a certain liking to seeds, picks flowers (for the seeds) and those flowers are called 'Ougonsui' " . basically it means being too hasty ( since you want the seeds, but in your haste, you pick the flowers first already, needs confirmation)

Good job taking care of the thigh highs.
Don't know about the grenade launcher, but the shot gun is either the Winchester Model 1897 trench gun or the modern day Norinco 97T remake. Same gun used by Triela from Gunslinger Girl, with the lug on it you can fix an M1917 Enfield Bayonet to the front.
The stock of this particular one has been shortened though.
