Seitokai no Ichizon Nendroid-Petit
Dragon Magazine isn't something I regularly purchase, and it's not about to become one. But here's the reason I bought the January 2010 issue of DRAGON Magazine: this adorable Seitokai no Ichizon Nendroid figure of Kurimu Sakurano. It amuses me that I wouldn't seek out this figure on its own, but the fact that it comes as an "extra" to a magazine makes me want it. I guess that free gift psychology really works on some people... or just me ^^;
The figure comes in this box that's wrapped along with the magazine. Mine had tissue paper on the outside to start out. I suppose people are really concerned with the integrity of the box!
It looks like this once you've removed it from the cardboard. But...
All the little sections are separated by the plastic compartments, so there's no danger of pieces rubbing up against each other and messing up paint or scratching. I'm amazed they put so much thought into a magazine freebie!

Head on! She's really well made for a magazine freebie. I've had a bunch, and this is by far one of the better ones.
The Dragon Age Magazine (ドラゴンエイジ 2010年 01月号) that came out includes the gym uniform version of Kurimu Sakurano. I don't know if I'm going to get that one though! ^^;

she is really cute, could this be a hint from GSC that they may make a Kurimu Sakurano figure in the future?
