Bakuman TV anime series green-lit

Bakuman, current manga of Death Note creator Ohba Tsugumi and Death Note's artist Obata Takeshi, has been green-lit for an anime next Fall. There seems to be a lot of readers, including me, so this was no surprise. Bakuman certainly isn't as popluar as Death Note, but it's just as good. It's right up there with Soul Eater as my favourite manga running right now.
Summary from Manga Helpers:
It's not easy to become and live as a mangaka, as Mashiro knows from his late uncle. At his 9th grade, while trying to keep up with reality, school and then normal job, he left his notebook with a sketch of Azuki, a girl he likes. Tamaki, a first rate student found it and trying to convince Mashiro to draw a manga with his story. Mashiro doesn't like the idea and tries to decline. Tamaki, however, tries to stick to dream and found out that Azuki also wants to be a voice actress and already got a good reply from a production company. Tamaki, then, brought Mashiro to her house and telling her his dream.... Mashiro then tells her that he will write a manga with Tamaki and will ask Azuki to voice their anime. Out of confusion, Mashiro asks her if the dreams become reality, will she marry him? She says yes, only if their dreams become true, and not otherwise!! Now, lives of wannabe mangakas begin!
My guess for animation studio... Madhouse. I mean, they did Death Note, so why not? I'm not too sure about the seiyuu yet, but I'm thinking Jun Fukuyama for Tamaki.

i hear that manga but gonna try to wait the anime.
AWWW YEAH. A little concurnd this might be too close to the manga, since it isn't too far yet.
But I'm going to be happy to see some of the girls in animated form. Miho is cute, but Aoki is really growing on me. XD Also, there becomes a distinct possibility for figures. XD
Im one of the fans of this manga.. its definitely good.. and has a nice feel to it... Unlike most mangas related about action and moe... this manga definitely feels different(in a good way)...
Never thought it gonna be an anime... And if it does.. I hope the animation quality would be as good as DeathNote.
Yea! =D
If my friend is still alive, this would cheer him up. Honestly I would love to read and watch the anime! Has a nice ring into it! Mangaka, passion, art supplies, dreams, hopes, love interest, just looking at this awesome pic critically reminds me of him, I'm starting to get hyped up!
the manga is way inspiring and sounds just like obatas and tsugumi's life story.
heck im so gonna watch this when it comes out.
I'm a big fan of the manga so I'm excited but concerned at the same time. I'm mainly concerned about the fact that the story isn't finished yet and chances are, they won't be done by the the time the anime comes out. If so, I just don't want them branching the story on their own like Soul Eater or just flat out cutting it off. It's a great story and I think every manga fan should read it.
Another concern would be the animation... if its animation quality would be bad... it could ruin the nice feel of this manga...
