Alright, just finish this kit yesterday. Actually had alot of problems with it.. Plus i broke the feet, so please pardon me for the lack of poses...
Please give me suggestions on how to improve..
More pics @ my blog =)

it look rough & gloomy (ambient)
i like it :D
seen some scratch and all but this kit looks is finished properly IMO
thanks man. Yea looks gloomy, very bad lighting i have, doesn't help with a lousy cam :)
it does look rough. did you sand the primer? if not. try sanding it with a 600, then a 1000 before spraying the colors. and be more careful. : ) i see scratches and accidental paint marks.
oh, didn't sand it after i apply the primer.. didn't know it could work like that, thanks for the tip man! :D appreciate it. Will try it on my next kit ^^
no problem dude. :D and you can use a flat top coat too after assembling it (but avoid spraying it on clear parts. if you want to keep the shiny effect).
You MG Hi Nu is great... It even looks better than my works.. I wish I could do what you have done...
Hardly noobish my friend. Though yes, I do spot some areas of improvement, but nothing the others haven't mentioned. I take it you sprayed your clear coat on cold day. I see frosting on some areas.
No noob can paint like you ^_^
I like the shading, but the texture does look rough
Love the color scheme you chose... hope mine looks that good.
That's one shiny thruster. Painted or a metal part?
thrusters are metal parts i added.
Rough paints i have no idea. After my initial base coat of black, it was smooth, but after adding another later of blue-ish white and a final layer of white, spots started to appear at some areas. I am still wondering why so, might be to thick coat of paint... But i think its my airbrush clogging...
And yes, final coat was done on a rainy day... sigh.. :(
Looks a bit rough but it's not bad at all. It does look like it was in the warehouse for a few years though.
Your airbrush skills are great :D You should use sandpaper for those nub marks too. Heheheh your dry transfer skills are amazing compared to mine cause I really suck at putting them on ^^;;;; Even though I'm not a fan of flat colors the airbrush effect looks really nice :] Its not that bad either ^^
mmm this beats my paintjob by a long shot. well done
Almost done with unicorn and started this kit. I think yours came out really well. Your paint job came out great. I bought a resin kit for mine. It's my first time using one hope mine comes out just as well as yours. I need pick up some metal parts after looking at yours I definitely need too. You did a great job.
Nice shading man, it looks great, I also have problems leaving nub marks like you :P
