At the start of this year, I *actively* started collecting figures.
First I had just a few, now my room is so full it's hard to find a place for new ones D:
(I almost clean it/move stuff around once every week nowadays. Doesn't help that I have quite a small bedroom).

And since we sorta skipped Sinterklaas now (Dutch Holiday), we decided to go traditional Christmas this year.
Let me explain. We used to do all the present giving on Sinterklaas and just some snacks on Christmas. Now we turned it around.
December's a pretty expensive month here since Sinterklaas, my birthday, Christmas and New Years (in that order) all happen, which sucks a lot of people their wallets dry :x

So last Saturday, I went out to buy a small Christmas tree for in my room.
Among the large group of figures residing in my room, several were chosen to help decorate this tree!

I wonder if this is connected to something..

Didn't take them long to start playing with these instrumental decorations.
Their music was horrible. Take my word on it.

No idea what was in it, but apparently they're on good terms again.
Or she's slave-driving Gurren as a horse. Oh, the possibilities~

The Drosslings managed to slip downstairs to play in the newly decorated tree.
They sometimes remind me of Kodomut's mischievous Kyouka's.

By Haruhi's orders, Kyon was forced a deer head upon him and had to record the others with his camera.
Gurren feels for him.

It'll still take a while, with there only being about 5 (Human) males around and dozens of females.
