Xmas Massive Snow Battle

Who say people can't enjoy outdoor snowball fight in a country where it never snow? We created our own artificial snow!

On Christmas Eve 2330hours, a group of people assembled in front of a shopping mall & started handing out cartons of weapons (snow spray-can) to each of their gang members & random passerby.

A moment later, a loud honk kick started the massive snow fight between the gangs & surrounding civilian which had no idea what's going on. Very soon, the battle extended from hundred of people to over thousand! Casualties increased over surrounding premises.

At 0000hours Christmas Day, another loud honk was heard, it was suppose to end, but the battle continued for another hour.

It was not clear whether this operation is a planned flashmob, nevertheless people from all ages & places enjoyed the snow fights.

I felt like a real War Photographer being involved in the event & documenting in the frontline of battlefield, though I caught up in the crossfire & taken a few battle damage myself.
