Macross Quarter!!!
I was presently surprised to have 5 figures delivered to my door on Christmas Day. I thought the mail wouldn't be sent on Christmas, but I guess express items do :) One of the 5 items I got was the Macross Quarter!
I was planning on cancelling this and getting the Battle Damaged Iron Man....but I forgot to do so :( So now I'm stuck with this. When I first opened the box, I thought I would like this purchase, but a missing piece put me in a bad mood. The head cannot be snapped into place because a piece is missing. All the head can do is just sit in a groove where the missing part is supposed to be.
I may just give this to my bro :( I knew I should have cancelled it!!!
Looking at the manual, there should be a piece right in the middle that helps support the head. Mine does not have that piece!!!

Looking at the neck, I think the molding is off, too. Should be quite more there....Can you contact them?. I'd hate to see an SDF get scrapped like that. *i.e. Little Brother Battle Damage* o.O
I'm not one to go and complain about stuff like this. I just toss it or give it away....or buy another one, hehe. But this is too expensive to buy a second one. I'm glad my SDF-1 isn't messed up....no, not that huge one...I got the one from WAVE :)
U sure the piece wasn't broken instead?
I was thinking the same thing....but there were no loose parts in the box.

I'd love to try filling in all the detail lines and sprucing it up.
I'm sorry you received a defective product especially when this one is so expensive!
