Yesterday's Loot with a hint of disappointment
Recently, I got my hands on this Nendo Saber Lily! She's very very very cute. At first, I was wondering whether I should get Miku or Saber Lily, but I figured that Saber had MUCH MUCH more accessories.
A little problem though... She has a couple of misalignment issues...
Number 1: As you can see here, the insignia on her Chest Plate is not on its proper place! It's misaligned. :(
Number 2: Her skirt too is misaligned... As you can see, the right side (when facing front) is lower than the left side. I think this is a problem with the inner piece of the skirt (if you examine ur Saber Lilies, her skirt has two parts. The skirt itself and the armor over it).
As you can see from the front side of the box, the Capcom sticker is present, and so is the "ToyNToys" sticker at the back (a GSC distributor).
I'm also confident that this is a Legit Saber Lily Nendoroid. I've personally seen the bootleg, and I bought this from a well trusted shop where I've been getting my locally bought Figmas.
I've contacted GSC about this... I'm hoping they'll reply soon. Though I doubt that since it's New Year... XD

Would not mind the skirt but the insignia will surely bother me to great ends.. xD
It's the same thing with me. I actually like how the skirt isn't aligned. First, it's not noticable. Second, if you notice it, it looks like some wind-trace which adds to the "motion" look of the figure. Though since the skirt is out of shape, it doesn't fit into her Nendo stand which is shaped especially to fit into her skirt (though I don't use the Nendo stand cuz I'm now using the di:stage's clamps.
The insignia on the other hand is.... killing me.
Same here, the skirt is tilted. You say that it's not a big deal but the misalignment messes with the stand and tilts your Saber Lily. It will also make the stand scratch the inside of the skirt.
Tell me when you get a reply, cause I haven't contact them myself. They won't reply until Jan. 4th though.
Well if the replacement deal isn't going through, you can always sell and advertise her as a rare factory mispaint or something :p

Well, I can sell her for her original price on one shop here in the Philippines. Since she's mint and super new, I can sell her for only a little less her original price.
I really hope GSC will replace her. =____=

That's harsh. Well, I ain't got any "self touching-up" skils so I think my way to go is to sell this and get a new one... Hmph!

1. The crest is misaligned for around 0.4 mm :D While your is around 2 mm?
2. Skirt is okay
May be GSC will send you her breast plate part. It seems, the plate is removable :)

I know how you feel man. The other day I just bought a Saber Lily Nendo too. Then I realized that one of the extra peices, the right arm with the hole to put the sword in, the black bow was facing the inside instead of out! Maybe I should contact them about that as well... Who do I email for that?
Oh, I believe that's a real defect that's why the extra right arm is an exact alternate of the other right arm...
It's not a defect. Raised your right arm above your shoulder. The bow would be facing the right way.
