A Day at the Park
I recently obtained my second dollfie daughter, Ayame (model Natsuki). I took a few photos of her when I was taking her out of her box, but none of the turned out very well. It was dark inside, so everything is sort of dim and washed out. So, instead of posting the box opening, I decided to take her out to the park with her best friend Miki (model Moe) for an afternoon of fun.

Ayame is wearing a wig I ordered from Iplehouse, the same place her big sister's wig is from. I wasn't overly fond of her stock wig from the get-go, so I had a new one waiting for her as soon as she arrived. Much like Mariko, it took the wig a little bit to grow on me, but now I absolutely love it.

I love how pose-able the girls are. Mariko has mostly been in very calm shots, because she's not a very active girl, but Ayame was running all over the playground, hanging off everything she could.

Here Ayame sits with her best friend, Miki. Miki belongs to comrade Kasbunny, who is my best friend in the world and now fellow doll owner.

Ayame couldn't stay away from the giant turtle! She liked that it was red like her sweater. I think this is my favorite shot from the whole shoot.

Here Ayame demonstrates how much more active she is than her sister. I can't believe she can hang upside down for so long!

Comrade Kasbunny told me I was a braver soul than she to leave Ayame hanging upside down without any support.

Ayame and Miki were the perfect height to pose on this weird squiggly ladder thing.

Photographing Ayame through these bars was quite challenging. I had to balance on top of this piece of plastic pipe that stuck out from the side of the play structure, and was suspended a good ten feet off the ground. I got some great shots, though!

I wouldn't mind being in prison if Ayame and Miki were there!

To end the day, Ayame and Miki decided they wanted to have a slide race.

Miki wins! Poor Ayame; she only sulked for a little while after losing.

After the long walk home in the cold, we walked by the front of the house to see poor Mariko waiting for us to come back. She's gotten to have a lot more photo shoots, but she was still a little jealous that she didn't get to go.
Over all, I'm so happy that I bought Ayame. She's a beautiful second daughter, and I'm already eagerly awaiting my third!

Awesome~! I didn't even know that the DD's could do that :D
I didn't either until I tried it XD
Really cool pictures, I'm sure the girls had fun in the play ground =^.^=
Thank you! The definitely enjoyed it X3
My favorite shot of Ayame. <3
She really does look fantastic in this one and the one above it X3
So ronery...
She wouldn't have had any fun out there, anyways. Mariko is too snitty to have gone out in the cold without a coat XD
That wig looks so gorgeous on Ayame! And it looks like Miki and her had a lot of fun ^^ The last picture is very cute, I love love love Mariko's wig and outfit!
Both of my girls thank you X3 All my family members tell me that Mariko's wig makes her look like Hermione from Harry Potter.
Looks both like Miki and Ayame had fun hanging out with each other! Lovely photos!
Thank you!
Looks like ya'll had fun.. See thats one good thing about Tennesee.. you can go outdoors, and not be swallowed usually by huge Snow drifts. ^_^
Got a link for Iplehouse?
We almost never get snow down here. The first snowstorm in many years was last week, and the snow only lasted a few days.
