Probably going to cost about 13,000 yen or more.
An alternative is using a service like Japan to door, or Goody Japan and telling them to buy it from
      Kotobukiya online shop

I couldn't find the Softbank Creative online shop exclusive though.

The item I ordered from him had to pay shipping for it to get to his place, his commission, paypal fee, etc, and then when it arrived at his place, he charges for EMS shipping to get the item to you.

You can probably order from Kotobukiya online shop and tell them to ship to tenso (www.tenso.com).
You should pay < 1000 yen for the handling fee with tenso. Then you have to pay EMS shipping fee.

From the one that CShen had linked you earlier. http://www.figure.fm/clickout.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kotobukiya.co.jp%2Fcgi-bin%2Fdb_sm_main_css.cgi%3FB%3D7542%26N%3Ddetail01%26C%3D901-1176-1141-

From their Faq they supposedly take credit cards. So what you can do is place an order with them. When the preordered item comes out they will tell you to pay it. You can then pay with your credit card.

The only problem that I don't like about the Kotobukiya online website is that it doesn't like single byte characters (i.e. ASCII characters) for some fields during the registration setup. And I can't seem to enter UNICODE english characters. I tried using ALT + NUMBER SEQUENCE but that didn't work. So don't know if it will become a problem when you eventually enter your credit card details.

Anyone here know if its possible to enter and send UNICODE english-like characters through a browser like opera or Internet Explorer?

          NVM. Figured it out. =)
Adding a Japanese keyboard and using the Full-Width Alphanumeric works well.

Basically, its a difference in character representation. =)
The normal english characters that you and I type are stored as single bytes (8-bits) also known as ASCII.

Japanese characters are usually stored in double bytes (16-bits) UNICODE representation. When you do the registration for the Kotobukiya online shop, they only seem to take UNICODE in most parts of the registration form. So if you have an english name and you only typed normally as I am now the website will return an error. What you need is the UNICODE version of your name instead of the ASCII version. Names will become important when it comes paying with credit cards. The english characters in the address is also important if you're using a proxy like tenso.

            for example:
            1) ASCII name: Squallff8aus
            2) (16-bit) UNICODE name: Squallff8aus

Anyway... goodluck with your order. =)

Unfortunately since it's an exclusive it won't be sold officially outside the Kotobukiya and Softbank online shops. In some cases some stores do take orders for exclusives (like Otacute and Toys Logic) but it's not always all exclusives and they also up the price due to it being an exclusive. I would suggest using a deputy service like Tenso if you plan to use EMS and Yokatta if you plan to use SAL.
