For The Love of Nendoroid & Figma Ver. 1.3
So, at few days ago we do another gathering. But this time, only consist of three people including me.
We go inside a Mall, but the security guard found us and tell us not to take any photos inside the mall for whatever reason.
I asking him "why I don't see the NO PHOTOGRAPH sign everywhere?" But the security guard don't answer my question, he just ask us to follow him to the office to met his supervisor. I beg him to allow us for couple of minutes, but he just keep saying "NO" And again I asking the reason, but he don't answer my question.
Man, I was furious. I just ask him to gave me answer of my question but he always avoiding by asking me to follow him to the office whenever I ask "Why?".
But since that day just three of us. And I still got alot of chance to take photo shoot at different time and place, I decided to wrap it out my Figma & Nendoroid.
While I was carefully packing up, the security guard came back to us and said "stand up sir, sitting here are not allowed". (Don't see that kind of sign, Mr. Security Guard!)
SNAP! That words just passing my patient level. "JUST A MOMENT, I'M STILL PACKING UP, SIR!" I said that with annoyed and loud tone. Then he just came back to where he stand previously, and using his HT (probably call for back up, :D)

I was late actually.
My friend text me, when my cellphone is ringing. I awoken, run to the bathroom for quick shower, packing up and go out :D

After the incident with the security guard, we go out side the mall. Near the lobby area.
"Minami goes berserk because of the tomatoes blood"

What happen to me is, I don't see any damn sign, and the security guard didn't giving me any single reason when I ask him about this.
I will respect them as long as the put the "No Photography" sign. Or if I don't see the sign but someone told me the reason why.

they are just doing their jobs.
besides there are nicer and other ways to avoid confrontations.
one basic way is to say fine take me to see your boss i want to complain.
and they will nag abit then walk away.
Well, I let it loose and move away from that place :)
I already agree to stop my photoshoots activity, and packing up my belonging. Since there's no bench or table around there, I must put my bag, nendos, figmas and other belonging on floor. When we're carefully putting all of our belonging one by one into our bag, he just came back and saying the words that make me mad :D
I just hate when someone forbid me to do something but didn't giving any reason when I asked :)
Hm that's is a good idea, I will do that if this kind of incident repeated.
May be, I could get some interesting conversations :D
What happened in the end? You guys met the supervisor?
Nope. I decided to end the dispute right away by letting the security guard won.
But I will see his boss if this kind of thing happen again :)
beside, we still got plenty of fun, even we do the photoshots out side the mall :D
Although if there are no "NO PHOTOGRAPH!!!!!111" signs then one would think its ok.... maybe they were afraid of negative publicity. But in this case it could be positive publicity so that figmas and nendoroids would want to shop there >.>
And by forbid us to take photos, that's also a negative publicity :D
I know that place, shopping malls in Indonesia are infamous for not allowing people to take photographs without explanation, it comes from fear of being scouted by terrorists and rival malls(it's dumb I know).
Next time happened again, I will make them saying the reason (hopefully the dumbest reason I ever heard) and I will record it :D
My country is still sensitive with these kind of issues, but it doesn't mean a "mall guys" can forbid someone not to do something without saying the reason :)
