In my case , I ordered from agent in HK so I'm not sure, you may contact them whether they will ship overseas or not.

If Dollfies were equipped with this kind of hidden joint system they would look so many times better. I am not a real fan of those crude exposed joints that they show at the moment, perhaps that is what's keeping me from actually getting one(aside from its price).
Then again, if the joints are hidden (by applying skins on top of it, and/or use wires as joints), you will stuck with the body till the end. Meaning, you cannot change the body anymore (like changing the bust) and if parts inside are broken, you cannot fix it anymore; have to buy new body altogether
so each type has its own advantage, no need to compare, buy both type of bodies XD
