The sword can fold the same way as the Blue frame.
Then there is the fact that's a giant beam crossbow, and the twin katana on his thighs. I don't quite think the Blue Fram 2ndR can stand up to shiny swords.

Yeah and for me, I think Blue Frame's coloring makes his legs look a little odd...like he's wearing shorts?

ive noticed it in the PG red frame.. i think they intended for it to look like the white 'kimono pants(?)' karate artists wear..

isn't that just a bow and crossbow is the one that come with crossbone..
well, the backpack quite different with the blue frame.. kinda like Infinite Justice styled backpack..
no matter how much i try to like, it just doesnt happen. (might be from the putty fumes!)

Astray is a astray,strike or some any part of SEED..not on the story..
they should have at least given it the flight pack seen in the animation segment.. made it less obvious they're milking on this mold.. now i'm having second thoughts on this one..

If Red Frame not kai version..I think red frame better, why need a tactical arms and 2 katana aka gerbera straight?
With M1 pack + shield + beam saber + beam rifle + 1 katan = perfect!

It looks cool, but considering that the Blue Frame 2nd L is the same thing but without the katanas it done make the RF Kai a bit redundant. I'd rather Bandai make an MG Powered Red or MG Out Frame.
At least with the Out Frame, it makes for good marketing to revive Striker/Wizard packs.
Great Idea! I really like that idea to the point I would desire a proposal to bandai! Unfortunately it wont be....-_-
and for all I care some good looking gundam model kits deemed rare are being created as....dreaded resin kits....

I had tried on my blue frame already & it can -> Huge Gattaling Gun Bow ^^
actually, I wanted to know. The old NG 1/100 Blue Frame Snd sucked b/c it could not hold up the tactical Arm. How about the MG?
they "found" a good solution..
they give us an extra action base #2 for hold the tactical arm..
The giant bowgun is just there to look cool, IMO.
Still, this'll go nicely with the MG Blue Frame.
As long as it is simple looking with weapons galore I'd hit it! XD

The Astray blue frame looked better to me.... But many swords will do too ^^
