GN-X and the Borders of Canada

I recently preordered the upcoming Master Grade GNX-603T GN-X (yay for full names). This happens to be the first time I've preordered from an on-line store in Japan (Amiami). After reading a few posts about the horrors of the Canadian customs coming into contact with anime merchandise, I started to worry about the poor Fallen Angel.
So, after all that, my question is: Does Gunpla usually get across the borders of Canada without problem? Or are they confiscated for having sharp edges?

They're ok, I've had a few and I live in Calgary. Figures are ok too, but I can't be sure of H figures.
Hurm. Have you been charged extra for them?
As long as it's nothing explicit or dangerous, there'll be no problems. I do, however, have the misfortune of being charged customs every time I order Gundams online from international stores. If you're still worried, order from hobbywave. From their site: "Products are shipped from Canada if Canadian orders, there is no duty or customs charges, any GST/PST are paid by us. Your price at the check-out is final price."
I've checked that place out before, and it's their prices that turn me off from buying there. Though I might start ordering there if this shipment goes wrong.
I don't think they do anything to model kits since they are plastic. I'm pretty sure my local Gundam stores would have it when it comes out. So don't worry about customs, except for taxes. The only problem with toys I've heard about was the classic Megatron where he's shaped like a gun. That got confiscated apparently.
Classics megatron is fine, but the Henkei and Masterpiece Megatron .. they're kinda iffy on them. Usually gunpla is fine as long it doesn't look like it'll start running around massacring children.. Though you might get ding'ed for customs fee or something..
When they see that new scaled-down mimimasterpiece Megs I wonder what they'll see.
