Otacool 2 Mascot Concept

Well I thought I would toss in a submission for the Otacool 2 mascotie thingamagig... I had a bit of trouble designing this one mostly for the fact that I prefer more 'mature' gals if you know what I mean. But I wanted my first attempt to be a more bright and energetic girl. I do plan on doing a few more of them because character design is one of the things I love to do the most~
She doesn't have an awesome name or some sort of background yet but personality wise .. well hopefully you can see that from the drawing~
