Otacool Mascot Entry
This is probably my first time ever joining a contest with an original character... So it really does make me nervous. But heck, no harm in trying I guess?
I've no name for the character; I really just love blue hair to bits, so I just had to give her the same!
She has a hand puppet of herself, mostly because you can tell her emotions better from reading the puppet than her face. She's easily moved when she sees things she finds to be 'super special awesome', but it's hard to convey her feelings fully without the puppet.
Main CG. Her skirt is pumpkin shaped. :)
A little random things. Her hood has ears and is supposed to be a bunny... and they hoodie is just adorned with a few random screws, nuts, and bolts... xD
She may not look the type, but she blows her last pennies on DVDs, figures, and games, so to satisfy her cosplay hungers, she resorts to dressing up her puppet (less fabric and less surface area to cover).
I love her hood! She's a real cutie ^^
Reminds me of this one gag yuri show about a girl and the school's (all-girl) student body government. Totally forgot the name though.

She almost looks like a blue-haired MEIKO XD She looks great though! Great colour combination and a cute puppet ^_^ VERY good idea for the puppet! If I blow my money like that too (which is what I do) I'd spend the cosplay money on something smaller, lol.

wow among all the mascot entries i've seen entered so far this is by far my favorite, and a really unique idea that sets you apart from the others, I love the puppet idea :D
