This is my perfect grade Wing Zero Custom. It took me around 3 months to assemble, mod and paint the model.
Enjoy it!!!

Mirai Gaia ( All Your Base Are Belong To Us )
I'm amaze that the Action Base can sustain the weight of a PG...
Actually that is a modified action base. I added extra weight to the base to support the weight of the model and reinforced the base joints using epoxy
*looks over at his action base* wow... the PG WZC is a lot smaller than I thought but I guess 1/60 really isn't that far from 1/100. Model looks great ^^. I like hte subtle weathering
Trust me the size of the 1/100 is nothing compared to the PG 1/60, specially when the wings are fully extended.
Seconded.
1/100 has nothing on PG's detail, I've both.
i wanted a PG WZC since few years ago... just always worrying if ill never finish it in the end... that, and the huge cost with it >_<
how long it took you to finish it? and how long you spent on each session/per day building it etc?
any painting? or just panel lining + snap fitting
- first assemble: 1 week
- preparing parts, mods and priming: 2 weeks
- painting (3 or 4 coats depending on the piece): 4 weeks
- paneling: 1 week
- applying decals and final touches: 1 week
- final assemble: 3 days
It took me around 3 months to complete the model working between 2 to 4 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week. I know this model could be finish in less time but I don't like to rush specially while painting and paneling. If you plan to get this model all the work it's completely worth it.
Great work!
Looks as good as the box art model on the front.
I actually registered just to ask for more information about that action base, hopefully you'd be willing to share just what you did to make it capable of supporting this model. I know you said you reinforced the joints with epoxy, but did you essentially bind them shut, or use the epoxy as a coating to reinforce the plastic?
Just built this model myself for the first time and would love a good way to display it.
