MG Moonlight Butterfly Wings WIP

In the process of crafting a pair of Moonlight Butterfly Wings for my MG Turn A. I've drawn half of the wings (based off the soon-to-be-released Robot Damashii MLB wings) on some nice shiny purple/blue paper which will work as the borders of the wings well. My plan is to cut the holes out. Might actually cut 2 layers of the "frame" out, and use them to sandwich a layer of clear plastic of some sort in between. Still playing around with the idea. Any suggestions on how to attach them to Turn A?
Mmmm the Turn A Gundam MG comes with a little piece for it to attach to the action base right? well if thats so you can mod that piece for the moonlight butterfly wings to fit. mm thast just my opinion. also it would be geat if you could make a wire frame for the wings and put it betwen the plastic layers by sealing it with heat. im really digging to watch those wings finished comrade. salutes !!!

How's this project been coming along? The template looks great by the way. As for attachment, since there's already a hold on the backpack, I'd say just make a cut off a portion of the action base's peg and cut a square hole in the clear material. But with such a big wing, I'm not sure how well the wings will be able to stay up with this kind of unsupported setup...
