help in identifying characters

Can anyone identify these characters for me? the first is a figure i saw in Marina Square, Singapore; the second one is a keychain my friend bought while in japan. thanks in adavance. (Sorry for the horrible blown up quality, camera phones >_<)
The first one is Spice in Sumaga by Nitro+. The secondone i have no idea
Second is honoka from sora wo kakeru shoujo
The most adorable character in that series in my opinion. Still waiting for a figure of her... (TT.TT)

yeah i know that shop sells bootleg, but they often restock with new bootleg so it was interesting to see their choice of figures to put on sale

Since the level of detail in the picture is rather low, it's quite difficult to tell if that Spica is a bootleg version. If so, it seems criminal to charge it at about the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).
I didn't know there were Sumaga figures about.

I like Star Mine Girl design from nitroplus but my favorite character's Garnet... is there any figure of her? it seems that I saw kind of a nendoroid out there...
