Black Rock Shooter
Black Rock Shoote is the 3D adaptation of an Huke illustration (he made the chara design of Miku Hatsune). Her name comes to the eponymic song of Supercell (as for World is Mine).
Black Rock Shooter is a must have, a beautiful figure. She is really original thank to a contrast between the loli appearance and her big gun. This is not my figure style, but this figure is really beautiful, and I do not regret my choice. Nevertheless, I had difficulties to take my pictures because of her paint (there is no back picture in my review). More photos on Shadonia.

Ah I regret not getting this figure>.> besides that, lovely shots!
Thank a lot. You will maybe buy Blade or anime version ?
No problem! The blade version doesn't interest me. I'm more interested in the future anime version, are you gonna get that one? I'm not really a vocaloid fan or w/e but I just love the design of this character. If I like the anime, then that will give me more reason to get it!
I did not buy the blade version, too simply after the first version (base and arm). For the anime version, I don't know. For the moment I am waiting for more pictures. I really like the original design of this character..
I reckon this version is better than the other one. Ah but it looks really good from the preview though! haha yeh, I didn't notice the chains!
I was kind of regretting not getting this, but once the anime version was announced I became glad I didn't. This still looks stunning though.
The anime version is impressive for her amazing dynamism. For the moment, I wait, but this is maybe a future pre-order ^^'
Did you crank up the saturation on those shots? Her hair is more dark blue in real life. Not that I'm complaining though; lovely pics they are!
Did you have trouble wrapping her chain around too? I ended up tossing out the manual and just did it my own way ^^;
For saturation, I confess that I do not know. Usually, I have no problems with that. But I so hate doing this shooting (I used the same settings than usual). I think that the black background has an influence. But I had maybe a saturation problem. For chain .. It was horrible! It is really difficult to pu them, then I put .. as possible ^^' Thank for this comment !
I have no probs with the pics Love the colour =D are u getting the anime one?
Thank a lot. For the moment, I am waiting for more picture. But maybe ^^
I don't regret not getting this figure, because while it does look gorgeous, I'm more interested in the Anime Version as it has a more Anime inspired design, which I like, and a more dynamic pose.
your search end up as great success LOL(as in it fail so hard that it was a good coincidence to not buy it XD)
Yes, this figure is really gorgeous. A must have ^^
I am sooooo glad I got her. This BRS is true to Huke's artwork. I'm also getting the new BRS figure based on the anime design but I doubt that one can capture the presence this one has. I think she's perfect! I like her more than GSC's Saber Lily or Alter's Fate Testarossa (which I was sure would be my #1 favorite figures of 2009). :)
I think that I prefer too BRS at Saber Lily, because this character is really original. But I really like Fate too ^^
Its beautiful. Definitely getting anime version since i missed this.
Yes just beautiful. Anime version seems really great too
if i could, i'd buy all three versions in a heartbeat.
Are you a Black Rock Shooter addict ? :p
haha, seems that way. all three BRS figures look amazing though.
Beautiful pictures. I definitely don't regret getting BRS even after the mention of the anime version. I love both and I don't think it's necessary to pick one over the other. :D
Hihi, thank for your message. It's true, this version and anime version are not really similar. We can thus buy both adaptations lol
I pre-ordered the Black Blade ver. as the cannon one a too high for my funds, even though I prefer it more. Nevertheless, the Black Blade is still quite a figure and will stand out in your collection. ^ ^
