IMPORTANT NOTE ON PAINTING PG OO RAISER
IMPORTANT NOTE: TO THOSE WHO PLANS ON PAINTING THIS KIT. USE EXTRA CAUTION WHEN PAINTING THE SHOULDERS. WITH THE WEIGHT OF THE O RAISER WINGS, THE PARTS THAT REST ON THE SOULDER WILL SCRACTH THE PAINT WHEN YOU MOVE IT TOO MUCH.
i USED PRIMER, FOLLOWED BY LAQUER PAINT AND MR UV CUT FLAT COAT(2COATS) .
THE WHEIGTH OF THE WINGS SCRACTHED A LITTLE BIT OF PAINT AROUND THE SHOULDER PART( I NOW REPAINT THOSE LITTLE SCRACTHES) SO I RECOMMEND USING A MORE DURABLE PAINT(ENAMEL MAYBE) WITH 3 COATS OF TOP COAT IF POSSIBLE IN THAT PART( ONLY FOR THE SHOULDER ARMOR, BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY PART THAT GETS SCRACTHED EASILY THANKS TO THE O RAISER WINGS)
THANKS FOR READING THIS

Er.. you don't have to write everything in caps...
sorry, i just go frustrated a little bit.
It's cruise control for cool
well, in my POV, I guess this post is really important so he uses all caps to warn those who would do the same in the future.
wouldn't scratches makes it look realistic.
it depends, i dont really think a light blue scratch is realistic in my opinion. well i said that only for the people that paint the kit. example: someone paints it red, and then you see little bright blue marks with some prime on the borders, not too realistic unless the scracth is more dark don'you think
How long did you let the paint dry before putting it together?
3 days, but as i said, i just repainted those parts and gave them 3 coats of top coat. now it seems to resist.
BTW, i created this post, not as a complain, but as an advice for people who paint their kit. especially if they plan to use acrylic paint
was wondering....how do you mod the feet so it can go down more further that original?
2 option: 1st: extend the length of the feet peg with a piece of metal + putty.
2nd option ( the easiest way): when you build the bottom part of the frame, you need to insert a rubber plastic that will be the connection of the feet and leg ( you know, the rubber with a hole). this rubber has 4 little rectangle like things that needs to inserted in the frame. well you just insert the 2 top rectangles of the rubber piece for more length. However. since its not atached fully, the leg will be knida loose. you just need to insert wathever you want to keep the rubber straigth. and its done..
i will post a picture soon
forget the comment i just made, i am not good at explaining, so just look at the picture i made with photoshop. A picture equals a thousand words
owwwh it's simple, thanks!...the problem when you finish building a kit, taking it apart again gonna take a lot of effort, especially a PG :-P
which r-tard will move it too much after painting any kit ?
.... me, lol. at least to pose it. and even with little movement around the shoulder will scracth it. by the way, i think you are being rude to call people r-tard. It seems your parents never teached you good manners, i feel sorry for you.
