Of all the entries I've seen so far, this easily has the most "mascot appeal". The design is interesting without being overstated, the colour scheme fits in with what we've seen of Otacool 2 so far, and she's very cute. The only thing that's missing is a name and description of the character, but you've already excelled where it counts most.
