3 Figure Giveaway - 3 Winners
Have a look at the screenshot of the timestamp of the photo - 19:00pm.
If you took the hints and done a search in Japanese Google then you would have come up with the following results.
Japanese ability was not required but just copy pasting of the characters from round two.
Through the search results, you would have seen that the rainbow was out about 7PM. Was still a bit of guessing involved though.
Would be interesting to hear how and why you all guessed what you did.
Now, I'm going to leave it to the three winners to sort out who gets what:-

You got that right. The only way I got my answer was not by Google at all like Danny said.
Since it looked liked the evening sky I went for past 6pm.
I took "ichi" from Nichiyoubi(Sunday) & "kyu" from Toukyou(Tokyo) to be "1"&"9".
Then just assumed "niji" as 2 o'clock. So 19:02... =P

Oh, on how i guessed it, the date was 19th. so it's probably 19:XX.
I was pretty sure cos judging from the sun light, it must have been golden/magic hour.
