Operation Successful: Target Secured

Black Ops Team Echo reports the successful capture of notorious time-travelling agent Mikuru Asahina (codenamed “Priority Mike Alpha”). She was detained around 1900 hours on her way home after club activities with the SOS Brigade. The operation, codenamed “Gernsback”, called for the deployment of four operatives hidden inside an unmarked black van (codenamed “Party Van”). An ambush point was established on a secluded part of the street. It was determined based on intelligence gathered three weeks prior to the operation as the likeliest path that the target would take on her way home from school during weekdays. Only non-lethal force was authorized; target must be captured alive.

The entire operation took less than 25 seconds upon the target’s arrival within the ambush point. Operatives at the scene encountered no hostile resistance or potential eyewitnesses during the arrest. An unknown device called TPDD was also recovered from the target; analysis pending.

Target refused to divulge any sensitive information when interrogated, repeatedly answering “classified information” and nothing else. Nonetheless, The Organization believes with Mikuru Asahina firmly in custody, she can be used as a bargaining chip with her employer in exchange for black technologies.
