Evolution of my Desk/Workstation

Posted by G-Unit [www]

Hello everyone, I'm sure that everyone has your very own desk or workstation... Or at least a working space such as garage, kitchen or whatever place it is...

I would like to share how much changes my work station had gone through in just less than a year.

Basically I have 2 workstations - 1st is at my home, 2nd is at my rented house/hostel (I'm still a Uni student.)

The first one is my home's desk.

This photo is taken around March 2009... sorry for blurry photo, snapped using my cellphone.

The mini-table which I previously using is way too small..

What are these things called and where can you get them? I'm getting a laptop in a few months and will need something like this for my setup.

That's what so-called laptop cooling pad. Well, in Malaysia, we could get this from any IT shops... for about USD3 (that's MYR10+) each... well, the quality is bad.. the plastic is flimsy..

I bought one and mod it. Increase the height, thus increase the air flow.

Cooler Master produces higher quality cooling pads, made of aluminium. Other brands too.. of course the price differs too..
