Otacool Mascot Entry v1.5

Fei-tan is a 14 year old reporter in Otacool, a secret organisation researching the ability and power of otaku. Her job involves taking pictures of every otaku related activity and gathering data by doing some interview to otaku around the world

Personality wise, she is a very shy girl. Her shy attitude tend to get in the way of her job a lot, however she is also very strong willed and a hardworking person which somewhat make up for her lack of communication skill.

She loves singing super robot and tokusatsu theme song, especially the one with grand and powerful feeling on it, unfortunately her voice is too cute for those kind of song ^^; . She has a small collection of action figures, mostly mecha from her favorite anime series. Her main hobby is drawing anime stuff and she is also a member of a doujin-soft circle.

Despite her small figure, Fei-tan is a master of Bajiquan, a chinese martial art that features explosive, short range power and is famous for its elbow strikes. When she was 12 year old, she was able to take down a bear with a single strike ... o.o;

She is also a genius and has invented a lot of hi-tech stuff, though most of the time she always overdo it. Here are some of her inventions:

RV-7 Alice, a cellphone with tons of features including an intelligent AI named Alice who is also serve as a digital pet, a camera with an extreme zooming capability and able to take pictures of moon surface (though most of the time it only used to take picture of otakus and their daily life), a satelite map with a radar system included to locate the whereabout of everything she need to find, a very secure encrypted channel, a cloaking device to turn the user invisible, it can also act as a weapon by shooting needles, up to 12 needles can be loaded to the cellphone

L23 Blade mic, a mic for interview job. It has an internal harddisk installed to automatically record the speech and a real time language converter. It is also equiped with a hidden small chainsaw blade, and just like RV-7 Alice, it also has a cloaking device installed.

MV-9D Speed Bunny, a kick scooter with an internal battery included. It's speed can reach up to mach 2 and just like her other inventions, has a cloaking device installed. However, Fei-tan is too scared to go past 40km/hour and turning invisible in the middle of traffic can result to unnecessary accident ... so these two features is useless most of the time

and yeah, she is a bit obsessed with cloaking device ^_^;
