Language Exchange

Found this at school and thought it would be interesting to share.
A university student from Japan has come to learn English and is looking for a conversation partner to help grasp the language better. It seems that the written English is pretty good based on the paper.
I thought that it would be a good way to help out another student with a topic I'm fairly capable at (though not at all the details and terms of the English grammar) but am busy with other classes at the moment. I would probably pick up some Japanese too which would be a bonus for me, so it would be like killing two birds with one stone.
I don't know if this offer is stiff valid because I took this picture a couple of days ago and the date on it says November 15, 2009, that was last semester.
What would you do if you saw this plea of help? If you knew that it was a guy/girl from Japan, would that influence your decision, as in boy to girl and vice versa? (Guessing from the name Satoshi, I think it's a guy)

would anyone vote no that commonly visits this site? :D i think that's the real question.
oh wow i spoke too soon.
Some people may have already knew Japanese.
I personally need to work on my grammar and kanji. :p
Wonder how it turned out?
Would be a good opportunity to help each other learn each other's language. Seems like a win win to me.
Seems legit, I'd go with it, you'd both benefit...now the real question is...does he like visual novels :P
The name Satoshi reminds me of Ash in Pokemon. We gotta give him a helping hand to complete the dex of languages.
