Otacool Mascot: Otako-chan

Posted by ToseiSeki

Design for Otacool's Mascot.

Name: Otako-chan

The name Otako is a play on word of otaku, like a female version of otaku if you may.
It turn out that also mean octopus in Japanese.

I have only drawn 2 different outfits
but she is also capable of cosplaying in different costumes if needed.
Her pet/stuff animal is a cute bunnie with a big red eyes.

Sexy Maganeko Girl with Short Skin , I'm in Love XD

Loving those Funny Chibi Drawings of Otako-chan .

The Colour which is Red and Black makes her even more sexy .

The Bunny somehow adds a more Playboy background

Hehe short skin, I know its a typo but it some how fit chibi perfectly.
hmmm... Playboy... I think... I see it.
Maybe a ted bear? a chocobo?
I really didn't give it much thought, her antennas resemble bunny ears.
That is the main reason why i pick a bunny pet.

Nice design - especially the chibi versions! - but to be honest I don't like the idea that female otaku need their own name. Again though, good artwork.

It help me visualize the details.
      Obviously its a ridiculous name.
It's literal translation is octopus after all... =P
Hehe, I find it funny, but ya the name is probability not gonna stick.
