It has started to snow in Tokyo!
Tokyo is a late bloomer in weather, I guess. It has been snowing from 5 pm today and the snow's just starting to pile up. Stayed here for a year plus and this is the first time I've seen Tokyo had this much snow. I'm a Malaysian so it's rare for someone like me to see snow (we have something of a similar spelling: smog).
Got excited and took pictures at night. I'll add another post with daytime pics tomorrow. Wait, I'm sure Danny will post much better ones tomorrow ;)
Merry Christmas everyone?

Dude your So Lucky , All We Malaysians Get is " Panas , Hujan , Panas , Hujan " .
I think , I would be as excited as you If I'm in a Snowy Place . If I were you , I'd Do a Snow Angel on the ground :3
Sigh... Don't get me started on the panas weather in Singapore. Good god.
We got snow here where I live too today. It's not the first time this Winter though, a few weeks ago the whole of the UK was under deep snow for a couple of weeks; no-one could really leave their houses because it was far, far too dangerous to drive or even walk outside your own house ^^; It was 1 foot or so deep in my area o.o This is what we looked like from above at the time: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8447023.stm
Luckily that all melted away a couple of weeks ago, until today. It's supposed to snow for most of this week though ^^;
Snow... The lower mainland overseas here was supposed to get a lot of snow. But we got 5mm of it, and then forty centimeters of hard rain instead.
I AM SO JEALOUS RIGHT NOW.
NANI??? Hm... Really unfortunate it didn't snow when I went there in December. (TT.TT)
Next year for sure! (^.^)
The snow is just getting everywhere, here it started as ice, and then on top of that a foot of snow. O.O Usually we get cold rain here, but lately it's been snowing.
You want snow? Come to Michigan some winter. We don't get the cold of other Midwest states, but we get a LOT more snow.... Thankfully, this year we had a week of 40 degree weather, so it almost all went away. Just a little flurry action lately. And cold.
