Zaku F2 ver DC23
Another old work and was just an old build...this is a relatively fast build roughly done in 9 days. This was also a price I got in one of the competitions I joined and is basically an AB practice kit once again...This kit is a clear red version of the Zaku F2 with gray internals, but decided to paint it eventually...however I find this kit a bit plain and bare for my taste, so I then basically added a few pla plating and scribed a few panel lines here and there. I also gave it an enamel wash to give it a grime and dirt, in service look.

Thanks for viewing! :)

Couldn't you at least post a couple of pics here instead of posting a single and forcing us to go to that link?
I know it's not that hard to click that link but still..
But when you think about it, it kinda makes sense. Think about all that extra traffic he's getting!
I still think it would look better in a camo-pattern, rather than standard color separation. Great work, as we've come to expect from you.
Well this site isn't exactly made for blog advertisement but for posting of pictures of your hobby, and reason why Danny has the 'featured feed' part of the figure.fm/dannychoo.com so that the users can generate site traffic to their own blogs/site..
I dig ya man. But as long as Danny ain't sayin' anything about it, I'm guessin' its aight.
There, I posted a couple more pics...but other people with there own sites have been doing this for years...I mean posting 1 pic then giving you a link. Some even post really small pics...which forces you to click it to go to their site.
Even in forums people post 1 pic + link of tutorials, so honestly I am just copying the veterans if you know what I mean. chill out bro. ;)
Thanks for the extra pictures..
But I disagree, that single picture posts has been happening because the 'old' figure.fm/dannychoo site only allows you for a single picture and nothing more.
Copying what veterans do? In case you hadn't noticed this is not exactly part of those so called forums, so that doesn't really apply here.
And I've seen your posts on those said forums and they aren't 'single picture posts'..
Live long and prosper.. \\_//,
No prob man...I just started my blog last November 2009, so I have been posting 1 pic in other forums...I post at least 5 pics in my home forum which is Zerogunz though... I will be posting at least a couple of pics here from now on. ;)
He's working that SEO... I don't think Danny would mind. Relevant content linking helps both. But I know what you mean Arein... there is a lot of that here (maybe a bit much for the FFM user).
Great job on the Zaku kit donc0023.
I'm thinking I will buy a Zaku, is becoming a fav of mine from the posts. Hey got your site bookmarked on my page, so when I see donc0023 I know to hit your button, so whether you post a link or not, people are going to click on your name and . . . you get it. :D
You should get one bro, I am planning to get a PG Zaku myself. oh thanks for the bookmark man, appreciate it a ton really. :D...added your blog to my bloglist in return.thanks!
Hmm inspired by Votoms Red Shoulder squad?
Not sure bro...maybe,I am really not sure. :)
Makes me want to spend some time on my MG Zaku II. So many flat surfaces for mods ! Nice job !
Thanks bro! yeap work on your Zaku bro. :)
I have a MG zaku before which was a gift from my nephew when we were at tokushima.it was a clear base, much more looks like pinkish not red.I hate the color so when I saw gundam seed & Gouf ignited was one of the mobile suits. So I've converted mine to Gouf ignited...or looks like it. It's on my post...next... if I'm not sober again...he he he!...hey how come your post always have many views...what "tags" did u add ?
Will look into that...I just put Gundam as a category, no tags...not sure why bro, my blog has almost 40,000 hits in less than 3 months...it is insane man...it propels me to the better actually.:)
yeah,I have my epyon vs. zero entry it has less than 2000 views now ,have few comments...I just wanted to be on the "first" thing when you click "categories"...I only see some post that dont really interest me or the others...but if you're post on it, I make sure I'm gonna view your post too and leave some comments.anyway tnx for the reply...really appreciate it...!
No prob man...I really really suggest you create a blog for your kits man...it is really inspiring to know a lot of people has seen or are looking at your works. kudos bro! :)
yeah...ur definitely right about that....!where should I start any suggestions,,,?
After all that I forgot to comment on the Zaku.. xD
The mods are really awesome though I think those rectangle pla plates are a bit overused, is it just me or is the paint on the torso a bit thick?
hehe, thanks bro...nope, I oversanded the pla plating on the torso part, thus softening the edges...thus making it look like it has a thick paint. dumb sanding. :)
The detailing is significantly less than what people used to call "overkill" but it still looks very nice :] I think if the shoulder was painted a brighter red or maybe even a bit shiny would make it stand out a bit more, and maybe once you get your PG Zaku you can help me out a bit >___< Looking forward to more of your works sir ^^
Thanks bro...hope to get my PG Zaku soon. :)
why do people make noise over small shit like that.
if you don't want to click the link fine.
ignore this post.
True. I wouldn't mind clicking and viewing it if you're really interested in looking at it. Anyway, I thought the red color on the shoulder is cool but the thrusters might not be so good here. I'm definitely using the custom metal spikes in mine in the future.
No worries bro...;)
If you don't like the noise then ignore it as well..
teh lolz just keep on coming dont they?
