Custom health care products

Has anyone here ever tried to get some health care products customised to meet their own tastes? I've found that it has the advantage of being the best way of getting exactly what you want.
The main downside is that it can be incredibly expensive sometimes with some artists charging US$300 per picture
only if you had really specific tastes. then again we have the Internetz for that. also, why is Rikku fighting Lovecraftian horrors? is that a new fetish?
That's what I was going to ask. "Why is Rikku fighting C'thulu?"
I never thought about it that way. The artist may be a Lovecraft fan, all I specified was that it wa a tentacle monster
