OTACOOL 2 - Preview

Alodia uploaded some picture on Facebook. It seems to be a preview of the OTACOOL 2 - Worldwide Cosplayers. I just want to ask one question: Does that mean the submissions have ended?

    Congratulations to Riddle, who cosplayed as Gally (also known as Alita) from the manga Gunnm (also known as Battle Angel Alita), for being chosen as one of the twenty four cosplayers on the book cover.

    I thought the cosplay of one my favorite manga heroines was really good.
