I have always loved History in general, but never the part about the World War.

Watching Gundam SEED + SEED Destiny reminds me so much of the sadness that will happen should the world goes to war again.
Our generation was born into peace - I can never understand how one truly feels to go through a terrible war, and the hardships and pain of losing someone you love.

Cosplaying Lacus possibly allows me to feel her sadness - and constantly remind myself to never take this peace for granted.

Anime helps us to experience a reality we never knew.

        Actually, I forgot one thing I wanted to say. In several of the pics, I like how you have, Hmmmm, How can I say it? How you have taken yourself out of the picture and made it look a lot like an anime picture. For example, #55573, the spinning shot, and the newest costume #55568. I had to do a double take to see if it was even you or a drawing. Through your makeup and other effects, it almost doesn't look like a real person in the costume. Does that make sense? I'm not wording it very well! Anyway, well done.

        I also like how you designed the costume in the "Nouhime" series. It still has the same sexy feel of the drawings, but you modified it to make it more practical to wear and stay on you. I think you actually improved on the original.

      This is because the resolution on this picture is much higher than the standing one even though the standing one had more details of the costume =(( It was a hard hard choice, but I will rather it be something that Kotobukiya can print than a detailed costume that cannot be printed (a.k.a one wasted slot for a picture) I have lost many good hi-res pictures...some were hi-res but compressed = cannot be used.

      This is one of my favorite shots too!!!! Surprisingly we never planned for this shot - it just got tooo dark to do anything else we wanted..... Instead, We spent a good deal of time figuring out this picture : the lighting and my expression and the crying of the tears (took about 4 times X_O to cry properly) rofl.... but Zerartul is an AMAZING photographer who has a really good control and perception of what he wants to achieve through his pictures. ;] It was amazing working with him.

      ***I WISH KOTOBUKIYA WILL JUST CREDIT THE PHOTOS AS WELL because photographers ought to be recognized for their hard work!!***

      hahah we were having alot of fun shooting this... It was a risky photoshoot we have never done before... We did Yaoi but it was all acting. Nothing sexy before, so we thought it will be nice to just shoot something with expressions... I love acting xDD~ Its part of the reason why I'm into cosplaying too! (not just posing and costumes and looking pretty)

        What have you tried to do recover them? Would you be willing to email me an example and see what I can do? Worst case, if you have a good print of the image, I can always scan them for you. I have a really good quality scanner. Check out my page.
