      its say Hisa no Sarayashiki, as i know refers to a japanese demon Bancho Sarayashiki, more information on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banch%C5%8D_Sarayashiki and its a same phrase was Ritsu say to Mio in epsidode 4 for scare her, after Mio show for all the girls the tape of the band of Sawako sensei.
