Yeah, this isn't a new figure but she seemed to get little attention so I want to post some pics ^^. This Kyou figure by Wave was released in August 2009 and is supposedly 1/7 scale but feels more like 1/8... Anyway, the important thing is she that she is in her bloomer/thigh high gym outfit!

To answer this, being a girl I can tell you, thigh high socks will end up rolling down below your knees if you run or move around a lot, even if you use socks glue (which is kinda gross to use all over your tighs anyways especially if u r going to sweat). So yeah they only really stay up and look good like that in anime ^^
I really love this figure...sadly the May shipment is sold out everywhere I've looked :(.
